CSUN Alumni Relations

As a Social Media Marketer for California State University Northridge, Alumni Relations and Annual Giving I planned and created original content and designs for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. For Instagram I increased reach by 149%, engagement by 566%, and followers by 29.6% in my last three months. I created video content using Instagram and Capcut and promotional designs using Canva.

Problem:

Increase awareness of CSUN Alumni department.

Solution:

I increased engagement and brand awareness by creating IG Reels that highlighted CSUN Alumni events, consistently posted on stores, and featured engaging giveaways!
